The 12th Annual Southern California Touring Tears (S.C.T.T) Gathering returns to Lake Perris State Rec. Area, Coyote Loop, just outside Perris, CA. With 112 teardrops in attendance in '07, this event continues to be the largest annual Gathering of the genre in the world. Open to traditional teardrops only, it is a "can't miss" event. $20.00 per night if registered before March 10, $25.00 per night after. TearJerkers' NorCal Chapter Calaveras Big Trees Campout, Calaveras Big Trees State Park, near Angels Camp / Sonora, CA. There are two groves of Sequoias within the park. We will be staying in the North Grove camping area, which features a beautiful meadow and creek running through it. There is a one mile level hike which is probably the best display of Sequoias in the world. "Rally at the River", the Third Annual Casini Ranch Vintage Trailer Rally, hosted by Margaret and Steve Martan, at Casini Ranch Family Campground, just outside Duncan Mills, CA, along the banks of the scenic Russian River. Teardrops & Teardroppers have been invited to participate in this annual gathering of vintage trailers & motorcoaches. There will be a "Social Hour" on Friday at 6 p.m., Swap Meet and Trailer Tours on Saturday from 10 am to 1 p.m., and a Group Potluck on Saturday at 6 p.m. The $80 fee covers a family for two nights (minimum), the registration fee, and drinks/munchies at the Friday evening social hour. Extra persons in the party are $3/nite and dogs are $1/nite.
