HELP ID THIS TEARDROP?

Below is a photo of a very unique teardrop. There is no identifion the trailer. If you have one, have seen one like it or know the brand and year of manufacturing; we would all love to hear all about it?

The body is fiber glass.It has a small galley in the back - a small fold up metal surface (possibly a counter), a basin area for a sink, and another square recessed area (ice chest maybe?) The doors lift up like a hatch door.
